EXPO Zaragoza 2008

One more time sorry for this huge delays, but I was working temporary in Manchester and I had no time to upgrade my blog...

We spent second day in Saragossa on EXPO Exhibition. The main theme of this exhibition was water. It is impossible to see everything in one day, but we have seen as much as we could.

I was really impressed after this exhibition, however some countries didn't open their places. Other did marketplace like India... But in general I recommend this EXPO, and I think that our national exhibition was one of the best!! The movie was great, people were impressed how we presented our country. We were proud of this exhibition. Exhibition will be closed at 14th of September so everybody has time to visit it!! More info on http://www.expozaragoza2008.es/

Saragossa Day 1

Early morning after trip to Valencia, we moved on to Saragossa, city in Aragon region, 300km from Madrid. First we wanted to get know the place, where are the EXPO pavilions, city center and other interesting things. We bought the map on petrol station, but... old one without many roads, EXPO place and some roundabouts. Hopefully the road to EXPO was good signed and we have found it without any problems. Some girl there drew new roads for us and showed us interesting places. First day we visited city center: plaza Espana, Basilica Nuestra Senora Del Pilar, ancient ruins, La Aljafería palace etc. We have also found a very nice place to sleep - car parking opposite to La Aljaferia palace ;].
